The president of our $100 million dollar business had several “2 Night Ritz Diamond Getaway” certificates that he used in rewarding employees and also for his own use. In all instances, our booking representative expedited the process involved in registering the certificates and booking the hotels. With the last couple of bookings, including the president’s there were unexpected changes, including an error on my part. In every instance our representative was calm and direct, offering alternate solutions and going out of her way to accommodate the circumstance. This was especially critical with our president, whose personal booking she resolved to his complete satisfaction. I only wish I could deal with our representatives level of professionalism and customer service in everyone I work with.
